All businesses, organizations or individuals, when participating in the Land.links.fund E-commerce Trading Platform, must find out their legal responsibilities for the current laws of Vietnam and commit to comply with the content. in the Regulations of AZLand E-commerce Trading Floor, if violating, the account will be locked and not allowed to continue posting.

II.General rules

Land.links.fund is the unit transmitting advertising information, marketing products of people wishing to sell, lease, or transfer real estate to those who have demand for that product. Investors must be organizations, groups, individuals, operating legally; must register to declare personal information in accordance with the provisions of Land.links.fund and the law; Posting is allowed after completing the account registration process. Investors must ensure that:

Posting process

There are 2 ways to post on AZLand:

* Option 1: post news directly on website land.links.fund - post current messages without an account

- Posting information without an account will be fast, save time for investors, but cannot edit and manage the posted information on the website.

*  Option 2: Post a message with a registered account on Land.links.fund

Sign up for an account:

+ Investors access the website at the address www.land.links.fund;

+ Fill out the information in the Membership registration form on the website;

+ After completing the account registration process, if successful registration, the system will send notice and activation instructions via email;

+ Login to your personal mail to confirm and activate your registered account.

AZland encourages investors to create accounts for easier posting management as well as transaction management.

3. Order confirmation / cancellation process:

Investors must be fully responsible for the quality of the information posted on Land.links.fund In case any complaint arises, the investor is responsible for providing documents certifying information related to the incident that is causing conflict. support for buyers. In the event of a dispute or complaint between the investor and the buyer / tenant / assignee, the parties will prioritize settlement by negotiation and mediation. If through negotiation and conciliation, it is still unable to resolve the arising conflict, either party has the right to send an application to a competent state agency to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of the side.

Land.links.fund and the seller, lessor, assignee are responsible for receiving complaints and assisting buyers, renters, and transferors related to the transaction and the information posted on the Land.links.fund website.

When a dispute arises, the Company promotes a solution of negotiation and conciliation between the parties in order to maintain the investor's confidence in the service quality of Land.links.fund and follow the following steps.:

V.Terms apply

Regulations of the Land.links.fund E-Trading Floor officially take effect from March 20, 2020. The amended Regulation takes effect from the date of the Decision on amending the Regulation. The Member's continued use of the service after the revised Regulations are published and enforced means that the Member has accepted these amended Regulations.

Operational regulations will be continuously updated and supplemented by Land.links.fund and notified in advance to members of the e-commerce trading floor at least 7 days before applying such changes. Members participating in Land.links.fund are responsible for complying with current regulations when transacting on the website.
